Karma Calendar – A Warmhearted Photographic Charity – Go For It!

This is one of those very nice charities, which I really love to support. The German FotoTV team around Marc Ludwig published a photo calendar with really warmhearted images of Indian children. A very decorative, photographic Christmas present.

The reason I really love it is, that the complete money raised by selling the calendar is donated to very effective aid organization: „Doctors for Developing Countries Committee“. These dudes send voluntary doctors into the poorest regions of our planet. VOLUNTARY, correct. The doctors do not charge and they even pay the flight tickets into those poor countries. Posterchildren, really.

The Karma Calender is already established. It’s now the 6th time that Mark Ludwig and his team published such a calendar. In the past it always has been a huge success. They raised more than EUR 200.000 with this project. Lovely!

So here’s what everyone of us can do: We go to their website and donate at least EUR10,-. This will bank us a calendar which is guaranteed to arrive early December, so that we stressed folks still have plenty of time to package it in nice gift wrap for Christmas. However, for the MLM lovers amongst us: Everybody who distributes 10 or more calendars among his peers will be mentioned by name INSIDE the calendar and on the website – ain’t that a nice “thank you”?
